Shipping & Delivery

We want your order to arrive quickly and reliably. That's why we ship all orders exclusively with DHL Parcel – including shipment tracking and liability.​​

Shipping within Germany

• Standard shipping: €4,90 flat rate

• We offer free shipping on orders over €150

Shipping to the European Union (EU)

• Standard shipping: €14,90 flat rate

• We offer free shipping on orders over €300

Shipping time

• Within Germany approx. 2 - 4 working days

• Within the EU approx 4 - 7 working days

Please note: There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping outside the EU

• We currently only offer deliveries outside the EU on request. Please contact us at info@maetting.eu.

Notes

• All shipments are provided with a tracking number, which you will receive by email after dispatch.

• If you order several items, we will combine them into one delivery wherever possible.

• For particularly large or heavy shipments (e.g. several coats in one order), we reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs individually. In this case, we will inform you before dispatch.
