Returns – how returns work

 

We want to make it as easy as possible for you if you ever need to return an item to us.
Please note: Your statutory rights under the right of withdrawal (see cancellation policy) remain unaffected.

Here's how to proceed with a return:

1. Please notify us of your return in advance by email to: info(at)maetting.eu

2. Please enclose the invoice or delivery note so that we can clearly assign the order.

3. Pack the items securely for transport and send the package to:

Return shipping costs

• As described in our cancellation policy, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages sent without postage due.

• Should the goods be faulty or damaged, we will of course cover the return shipping costs – please contact us in advance in this case.

refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price via your chosen payment method.
The refund will be issued immediately, at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
